EARLY WARNING SYSTEM

These ‘alerts’ take the form of real time emails & text messages to nominated contacts and can be set up and designed to leap into action immediately as, for example, an NU (number unobtainable) tone is experienced.

EXCELLENT FAULT MANAGEMENT
What you will not experience with Performance Telecom is being provided with a fault ticket reference number and then not being updated for another four hours.
We aim to resolve every fault on the first point of contact, but in the event of network or platform issues, we have a very different approach to Tier 1 suppliers.
