Advanced Inbound NTS Routing – Call Manager
Delivered over a leading Tier 1 Network, Call Manager provides the ideal platform to deliver standard to advanced routing, all but eliminating the set up costs and rentals usually associated with the reseller channel.
Call Manager has an advanced user interface, enabling you to provision your own numbers in real time and assign to complex routing plans. Disaster Recovery plans can be built and implemented at the touch of a button and there is a full range of web-based call statistics.

As a reseller, we understand the importance of accurate and timely billing information from suppliers. That is why we utilise one of the very best billing platforms available on the market – Shaftesbury Systems. This enables us to provide accurate billing information to our clients in multiple formats with a range of comprehensive reporting and formatting options.
We also understand that some resellers will have already invested in their own billing platforms. That being the case, we can supply CDRs (Call Data Records) to load into your own billing platforms at the very start of each month to enable you to continue to bill your own customers in a timely fashion.
Alternatively, we also offer our Partners a fully managed billing solution from production of monthly invoices with your own branding, to collection of payment and even credit control in your own company name. We can even manage billing enquiries on your behalf.
