Unique class classification system.
Within the hosted call recording application 'Call Reviewer', several call classifications or 'tags' can be set up, allowing each call to be classified as a certain type of call. These tags can then be used to search for a specific type of call or alternatively, profiles can be set up which allows only access to specifically tagged calls.
Full transaction history.
Our advanced security system means record updates, and actions are stored in a Transaction Log, providing a full transaction history per user (played, scored & deleted recordings with date and time stamps). All recording data are safe and secure, with automatic network level back up.`
