Responsibilities:
Creation of a nationwide sales team. Training and development of the team to maximise sales revenue. Setting sales targets and performance management of team members to meet and exceed targets. Working with senior management to develop sales strategy and to promote the Performance Telecom brand, whilst being aware of competitor activity and market changes. Creation of a personal sales pipeline, to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as determined by the Sales and Marketing Director. Selling the complete Performance Telecom portfolio to major customer accounts. Work with the Managing Director to create a Performance Telecom channel offering, recruiting and supervising channel managers and associated personnel to achieve aggressive channel targets. Provide detailed reporting and feedback to senior management.

Primary Activities:
- Building and managing a diversely located sales team
- Monitor and report on all activities including marketing and sales providing regular and accurate sales forecasting
- Build a successful channel team, and meet targets for channel partner recruitment
- Interface between sales team, clients, pre and post sales support, VAR partner sales personnel and all HQ staff
- Building key relationships with key contracts, meeting personal sales targets
- RFI/RFP tender response activity, proposal presentations to senior level
- Providing reporting and sales advice to senior management
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement through to successful conclusion
- Prepared to travel nationwide.
Qualifications
- Proven and demonstrable track record of Sales Management into same or similar market
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a successful sales team
- Channel management experience, including recruitment and management of channel partners
- Extensive all round knowledge of the Carrier market, CPS, Multi-Channel Call Management Platforms, WLR and Call Recording
- Sold up to Board level contracts in excess of £100,000
- 5+ years sales experience in Telecommunications with good knowledge of Integration, voice, data, video and high speed Internet, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Good knowledge and awareness of customer satisfaction values for the end customer.
- Good articulator with experience of presenting Value Propositions
- Technically and commercially aware with strong business judgment.
- Strong negotiator with good communication skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
- A potential team leader, self motivated, a planner and implementer

Job Description:
We seek a customer focused, 2nd line support person who works well as part of a small team. They must have a good knowledge of working with servers, Microsoft Exchange and networks. A good standard of written and spoken English as dealing with business customers and a minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support or customer service role.
Responsibilities:
The position includes offering excellent customer service to varied business customers, helping to provide technical support to office staff, and general admin. They will work on technical systems, so will need to be willing to increase their knowledge to fit the company’s requirements and gain skills in a technical environment, with training given. Some travel to customer premises may be required, so a car useful although not essential. Strong technical background an advantage.

Up to 18,000 pa
